After operating in the hospitality industry for many years, we saw too many hospitality teams, big and small, struggling with the same issues: unclear systems, undertrained staff, inconsistent service, and a lack of time to fix it. With over a decade in hospitality, Eliza has worked her way up from the floor to senior management, leading high-volume sites across both independent venues and national brands. She’s managed teams of 70+, overseen multi-million-pound turnovers, and developed strategies that boost both culture and commercial success.

Eliza specialises in building strong, scalable operations and people-focused systems. At Deep Dine, she brings her sharp eye for efficiency, her passion for team development, and her belief that great hospitality starts behind the scenes.
